From my research, business Central is available in Malaysia. However, Malaysia uses a partner-provided localization, so the standard self-service trial may display the message that Business Central is unavailable in your market. For a trial with Malaysian localization, please contact a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner. The partner can create the trial tenant, assign the Business Central Trial license, add the appropriate localization, and provide access to the environment.
