Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hello @Jay Jones Garlejo
To use Copilot in Microsoft 365 applications, I recommend first checking which Copilot experience is assigned to your account: Copilot Chat (Basic), M365 Copilot (Basic), or M365 Copilot (Premium). You can verify this by signing in to the Microsoft 365 portal with your account. From the home page, scroll to the bottom of the page, where your current Copilot designation will be displayed.
For additional details, please refer to the following Microsoft article: What Copilot license do I have | Microsoft Support
If your account shows M365 Copilot (Basic), you can review the article below to understand the difference between standard and priority access to Copilot features: Standard versus priority access to features in Microsoft Copilot Chat | Microsoft Support
If you would like to use the Copilot Dynamic Action Button in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as shown in your screenshot, or access other advanced Copilot capabilities, a Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on license is required. This requirement is documented in the following Microsoft article:

If you have recently purchased and assigned a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, please allow up to 24 hours for the licensing changes to be fully applied to your account. If more than 24 hours have passed and the Copilot button is still missing, or if the button previously appeared and has since disappeared, please follow the troubleshooting guidance below: How to find and enable missing Copilot button in Microsoft 365 apps | Microsoft Support
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions or need assistance. please let me know and I will be happy to assist further.
