Hello,

I cannot access Clipchamp and receive a Cloudflare page saying "Sorry, you have been blocked."

Cloudflare Ray ID: a31890ee4b28f8cc

Location: Myanmar

I am not using a VPN.

I have already:

Cleared browser cache and cookies

Tried multiple browsers

Tried different networks, including mobile data

The issue persists on all browsers and networks.

Could the Clipchamp team investigate why access is being blocked and help restore access?

Thank you.Screenshot 2026-08-27 131145

Thank you. What I wonder is that Clipchamp is not hosted on Cloudflare since it is from Microsoft.

Is the any Work or school account on the machine, or any 3rd party antivirus?

    Hi,

    1. Press the Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type ncpa.cpl

    Press Enter.

    1. Right-click your device and select Properties.
    2. Double click IPv4 options to open IPv4 properties.
    3. Select the """"Use the following DNS servers"""" radio box, and enter the following in the addresses.

    1.1.1.1

    1.1.2.2

    1. Click OK and OK again.

    Restart your computer.

Please keep me posted, and Good luck!
