Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Hello Rick Chevalier,
Thank you for providing the additional information and for completing the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
Could you please confirm whether you are currently using the Microsoft Teams desktop application? As a comparison, please sign in to Teams on the web using the same affected account at the following address: https://teams.microsoft.com/
Please let me know whether the behavior is the same in both the Teams desktop application and Teams on the web. This comparison will help determine whether the issue is limited to the desktop application or also affects the Teams service online.
Since the issue affects multiple users and the available troubleshooting steps have already been completed, I recommend asking your Microsoft 365 IT administrator to report the issue through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
The administrator should also open a support ticket with Microsoft. A Microsoft Support agent can then collect the relevant diagnostic logs and investigate the issue more thoroughly from the service side.
When opening a support ticket, please make sure the Support Assistant (AI) in the Help panel is turned Off. Several customers have reported that the Contact Support option may not appear while the Support Assistant is enabled. Once the AI assistant is turned off, you should be able to enter a description of the issue and the Contact Support option will appear, allowing you to submit a ticket directly to Microsoft Support.
Please update me with the Teams web result or any additional information provided by your IT administrator.
Kind regards,
