    Hi Jose,

Based on your description, the recipient receives the calendar sharing invitation as a .eml attachment and does not see an Accept button. This issue can occur in Outlook on the web when an Exchange mail flow rule is configured to add a disclaimer, signature, header, or footer using the Wrap fallback action.

To resolve this, please ask your Microsoft 365 or Exchange administrator to review the mail flow rules in the Exchange Admin Center:

    1. Navigate to Mail flow > Rules.
    2. Identify any rule that adds an organization-wide disclaimer, signature, header, or footer.
    3. Check whether the rule's fallback action is configured as Wrap.
    4. If so, either:
      • Change the fallback action from Wrap to Ignore, or
      • Configure an exception so that calendar sharing invitations are not processed by the rule.

For additional details, please refer to Microsoft documentation: Accept button is missing on a calendar from a sharing invitation - Exchange

Once the mail flow rule has been updated, please resend the calendar invitation by following these steps:

    1. Open Outlook on the web and select Calendar.
    2. Right-click the shared calendar and select Sharing and permissions.
    3. Remove the affected recipient from the permission list.
    4. Add the recipient again and assign Can edit permissions.
    5. Select Share to send a new invitation.

Recipients granted Can edit permissions can create, modify, and manage events on the shared calendar.

Note: If the recipient is outside your organization and accesses the calendar through an ICS subscription, the calendar will be read-only, even if Can edit permissions were assigned. To receive edit access, the recipient typically needs to accept the sharing invitation using a Microsoft 365 work or school account, or an Outlook.com account, rather than subscribing to the calendar via ICS.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you continue to experience the issue or if you have any additional questions. I will be happy to assist further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
