Using Windows Live Mail, Apple Mail, Gmail and Outlook and cannot access blocked sender list to empty folder as stated full and not accepting any others. Using different PC's, Tablets, Phones etc. hence different mail handlers. Never come accross this problem before.

Have own Domain registered with Freeola if that makes a difference.

Hi @John Webster

Using different devices or mail apps will not change the blocked-sender list because that list is normally stored by the company hosting the mailbox.

Please sign in directly to your email account through the provider’s webmail. If this is your Freeola-hosted domain address, check its webmail or control panel for spam, filtering, blacklist, or blocked-sender settings and remove old entries there. If you cannot access that section, you will need to contact Freeola support.

If the mailbox is actually Outlook.com, sign in through Outlook on the web, then open Settings > Mail > Junk email and remove entries under Blocked senders and domains, followed by Save. Microsoft states that the combined blocked and safe sender lists can contain up to 10,000 addresses or domains.

Also, emptying the Junk Email folder is different from clearing the blocked-sender list. Deleting junk messages will not free space in that list.

Thank you for your time
