    Hello

Are you the admin user for the business? If so, go to

Teams Admin Center > Meetings > Meeting policies, open the policy assigned to this user and verify Private meeting scheduling is On

It should look like this. If you are not admin user, contact your business's IT support department. They have access to this.

This usually happens when the Teams meeting option or add-in is missing or disabled.

    Try these checks in order:

    1. Verify Teams meetings can be scheduled from Teams itself.
      • Open Microsoft Teams.
      • Check whether meeting scheduling is available there.
      • If Teams sign-in or meeting scheduling is unavailable, the account may not have the required Microsoft 365 Teams capability.
    2. If Outlook for Microsoft 365 is being used, check whether the Teams Meeting add-in was disabled.
      • A known issue is that the Teams Meeting add-in can become disabled in Outlook.
      • This can cause the Teams meeting button to disappear, so only a normal event can be created without an online meeting link.
    3. Reinstall the Teams Meeting add-in.
      • Right-click the Windows icon and select Installed apps.
      • Search for Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office.
      • Select the three-dot menu next to it and choose Uninstall.
      • Close Outlook completely.
      • Close Teams from the system tray and select Quit Teams.
      • Restart the new Teams app.
      • Wait until Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office appears again in Installed apps.
      • Restart Outlook.
    4. Create the meeting again in Outlook.
      • Open the calendar and create a new meeting.
      • The Teams meeting option should return, and the online meeting link should be added to the event.

If the button is still missing after reinstalling the add-in, the remaining supported check is whether the same account can sign in to Teams and has Teams included for that account.
