How to widen the margin of an email signature

I am trying to add some award logo's to our email address but won't let me go past a certain point.

Is it possible to widen the right margin so that the email signature can extend further to the right?

    Hi @Michelle Nellestein

In Outlook on the web (OWA), there isn't a setting to directly increase the right margin or make the signature editor wider. The signature area is constrained by the email composition window.

If you need to fit more award logos, you could try the following:

    • Resize the logos so they take up less horizontal space.
    • Create the signature in Word where you have greater control over the layout, then copy and paste it into the OWA signature editor.
    • Place the logos on the same line within a table rather than inserting them individually.

    I hope this helps.
