My client is updating her business website and wants to change the domain name and email address so we signed up for Google Workplace. However, due to a limitation of a necessary third-party software, she is stuck using Outlook2013 on her PC, and I was not able to get the new Google Workplace email account set up in Outlook2013. I tried using Google's "App Password"—no luck. Also tried Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook —also didn't work. Can someone give me pointers about how to make it work?
