I went to lunch and came back and now my "favorites" list is in a box of its own and does not scroll with the rest of my folders. How do I get it back to where it will scroll again. I have tried reseting the navigation panel, restarting my outlook, logging out completely and restarting my computer. I am at a complete loss!!

Dear Staci,

Nothing has broken here. Your Favorites list has simply been pinned, which locks it into its own fixed box at the top so it stays visible while the rest of the folder list scrolls underneath. It is easy to trigger by accident. To undo it:

  1. Right click Favorites or select the More options (⋯) next to it.
  2. Select Unpin favorites.

Favorites will then scroll along with the rest of your folders as before.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
