Hello Microsoft Support,

I am trying to purchase Microsoft 365 Business Basic accounts, but I am unable to complete the purchase.

Whenever I proceed with the purchase process, I receive an error message and cannot continue with the order. I have tried proceeding multiple times, but the issue persists.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me complete the purchase of the Microsoft 365 Business Basic accounts?

Thank you..

    Hi @Md Tanjib

The error code 715-123280 shown in your screenshot appears to be related to the Microsoft 365 tenant provisioning process during signup. Similar discussions show that this error can occur when the new business tenant cannot be fully provisioned, so the purchase process cannot proceed.

Before contacting support, I recommend trying the following:

    • Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and try the purchase again.
    • Try a different browser.
    • If possible, try a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.
    • Make sure the email address being used for the signup is not already associated with an existing Microsoft 365 organization.
    • Verify that the selected country/region and billing information match the information associated with the payment method.

If you continue to receive 715-123280, the issue is likely occurring during backend tenant provisioning rather than being caused by your browser or local configuration. In that situation, Microsoft Support would need to investigate the provisioning attempt and determine why it is failing.

This is just a user-to-user support forum, you can try contact Microsoft Support by phone by calling your regional Microsoft support hotline here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support > Select Work account tab

When contacting support, provide the Error Code 715-123280, along with the Event ID and SID displayed on the error page. These details can help support investigate the failed provisioning attempt. For privacy, avoid posting the full Event ID, SID, payment information, or other account-specific details publicly. Provide them directly to Microsoft Support if requested.

    I hope this helps.
