Business instead of personal without having ever been a business account

My OneDrive account just recently gave me the personal vault upload error? Which I wasn't even aware was a thing until now when I googled it. Anyway, one thing that I found out was it apparently restricts on business type accounts, which is understandable, except my account is supposed to be personal. I have never used it as a business account, it's never been associated with a business in any way, shape or form, and yet has the blue cloud icon (indicating business).

Why did this happen?
