Lost access to Microsoft Learn account linked to corporate email – need help recovering certification.

Hello Microsoft Credentials Support,

I have recently resigned from my company (TCS) and have completely lost access to my corporate email address. My Microsoft certifications (PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) are locked inside that inactive corporate account profile.

I need assistance migrating my certification history and profile records over to my personal Microsoft account.

• Old Corporate Email (No Access): ******@tcs.com
• New Personal Email (Target Account): ******@gmail.com

Because I cannot log into the old account to perform a self-service merge, please initiate a private message or security verification step so I can provide my personal identification details and recover my certifications.
