Microsoft Student Ambassadors Support Team,

I recently noticed that my Microsoft Student Ambassadors registration status is showing as “Declined” when I access my registration page.

However, I also received an email from Microsoft stating that my Microsoft Student Ambassadors registration account was marked as “Inactive” and that it will be removed from the system within 180 days.

I am confused about this status because I did not intentionally deactivate or withdraw my registration.

Could you please check my account and clarify:

  • Why was my registration marked as inactive?
  • Does this mean that my application was actually declined?
  • Is there any action I need to take to reactivate my registration?
  • If this was an error, would it be possible to restore my registration/application?

I am still very interested in participating in the Microsoft Student Ambassadors program and would appreciate your help in understanding and resolving this issue.

I have attached a screenshot of the email I received for reference.
