Hi! I scheduled a SC200 certification exam, for the 27th of August 2026 with a voucher. But it looked like after all the 27th wasn't good for me, something else came up exactly at the same time. So I tried to reschedule today, and it said: his application has encountered an unexpected problem. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please start over.
I tried to start over countless times, nothing seemed to work, so I tried cancelling it and then rescheduling, because last time it worked like that, and scheduling still does not work, so now I'm without an exam, and I can't do anything, while my voucher expires in a day, on the 18th of August. I tried reaching out to the Pearson VUE team, but the response I got was:
"My system is currently unavailable and I am currently working to get the system back up and running as soon as possible. Can you please contact back later? We appreciate your patience and understanding.", So they confirmed that there was a problem on their end, then they closed the ticket. Can you please help me?

I am sorry, but there is no one on Microsoft's end that can help with problems in Pearson VUE system.

Overall, exams and certifications are not supported in Microsoft Q&A. If you are looking into extending that voucher, see this page for possible contacts: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help?Account=true&NavToggle=True.
