Patreon Emails do not Arrive to My Business Account

Patreon help insists there is something from Outlook that doesn't allow their emails to be received. I can't get updates, 2FA, or any emails I had received over the past 2 years. And Patreon actually responds and has an intelligent setup to receive human help unlike this shady conglomerate of Outlook.

I added domain and exact sender email addresses from old emails to my allow. I verified nothing is under the blocked senders.

Just received this from Patreon:

"[Recipient *****@my email . com not found by SMTP address lookup]

Unfortunately, this indicates that your email service provider has placed a block on incoming Patreon emails to your email address. The best thing to do here would be to contact your email service provider: especially if you are using a hosted domain service and are running email through your domain. Oftentimes, email service providers may have additional anti-spam tools running that block our messages. You can ask your provider to whitelist the Patreon email addresses above, which may fix things."

Would sure love a human from any continent to pickup a line for Microsoft and let me tell them this. =)

Please note that this forum is not Microsoft support, this is a user-to-user support forum. As I am a normal forum user like you, I can only provide information based on your issue description.

    Hi @Robert

Since you mention this is a business/Microsoft 365 organizational account, the issue could be related to an email security policy, mail flow rule, spam filtering, quarantine action of your company.

These settings are configured at organization level, so if a message is being blocked at this level, adding the sender or domain to your personal Safe Senders list may not override organization-wide mail filtering policies.

If you are a normal user in your company, please contact your IT administrator and ask them to perform a message trace for the missing emails.

I look forward for your response.

If the sender addresses and domains are already allowed and not on the blocked list, the next checks in Outlook on the web are:

    1. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email and confirm the Patreon addresses or domain are still listed under Safe senders and domains.
    2. Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and verify no rule is moving, deleting, or redirecting those messages.
    3. Check the Junk Email folder and, if any Patreon message appears there, use Mark as not junk.
    4. Check whether mail is being filtered out of view:
      • Review the Other tab.
      • Set Filter > Sort > Date to restore normal message order.
    5. Check whether email forwarding is enabled.

If Patreon confirms messages were sent but nothing appears in Inbox or Junk, the messages may be getting blocked before they reach the mailbox. In that case, the most effective next step is for Patreon to check whether they are receiving a non-delivery report and to review their sending authentication configuration.

A safe senders entry can help prevent mail from being moved to Junk, but it may not help if the message is rejected before delivery.
