AI Skills Fest Voucher Error - Pearson VUE Time Zone Loop SC-200

Hello Support Team,

I am trying to register my 100% off discount voucher from the AI Skills Fest for Exam SC-200 before the strict registration deadline on August 18, 2026.

However, Pearson VUE's scheduling portal is entirely broken. Every time I reach the "Confirm your preferred time zone" step, it encounters an error banner stating: "This application has encountered an unexpected problem. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please start over."

I have tried clearing cookies, testing across multiple web browsers (Chrome, Edge InPrivate), and even using an entirely separate network connection on a mobile device, but the platform-wide loop persists.

Since this is an error on Pearson VUE's backend preventing me from checking out before the expiration date, please escalate this case to manually register me or reissue an equivalent replacement voucher. I have attached the dated screenshot of the platform error as proof.
