Thank you for the update. You mentioned that you are unable to set up your email on "Outlook Express Classic". Based on my research, the application you mentioned does not appear to be a Microsoft product. Thank you for the information. If you're using OE Classic, please note that this application is a very old email client that is no longer supported and does not support modern authentication methods (OAuth2) required by most Microsoft 365 email services today.
Since your GoDaddy mailbox is most likely hosted on a modern Microsoft 365 platform, it may not be possible to configure and access the mailbox successfully using OE Classic.
If OE Classic is the application you're currently using, unfortunately Microsoft no longer provides support or updates for this product. For assistance with your GoDaddy-hosted email service and available access options, I recommend contacting GoDaddy Support, as they can verify your mailbox configuration and advise on compatible email clients.
Alternatively, you may consider using a newer email application, such as Microsoft Outlook or another modern mail client that supports Microsoft 365 authentication requirements.

Just to clarify, Outlook Express and OE Classic are different applications. Outlook Express is a discontinued Microsoft email client, and OE Classic is a third-party program that is not supported by Microsoft.
As I mentioned previously, modern Microsoft 365 mailboxes, including those commonly hosted by GoDaddy, require modern authentication methods that older email clients generally do not support. Because of this, I would recommend using Microsoft Outlook (desktop or web version), as it is fully compatible with Microsoft 365 services and authentication requirements.
