Accidental purchase of Azure Developer Support: "Cancel" button greyed out, status "Unknown," unable to submit billing support request

I accidentally purchased the Microsoft Azure Developer support plan. After the purchase, it appears under "All billing subscriptions" as follows:

  • Name: Microsoft Azure Support
  • Plan/SKU: Developer support
  • Status: Unknown
  • Billing frequency: Prepaid

I have not used any support incidents. The "Cancel" menu option for the plan is greyed out and unclickable; the portal also prevents me from creating a billing support request, redirecting me instead to the Microsoft Q&A community.

Additionally, I received a notification that the charge for this support plan failed on my linked bank card. I would like to immediately cancel this accidentally purchased support plan, stop any future charges, and confirm that no fees will be incurred.

Given that the "Cancel" button is disabled due to the "Unknown" status and I cannot create a billing support ticket, which official channel should I use to contact the Azure Billing team to resolve this? Is there an available billing support portal or escalation path?
