Locked out of account

We have a PC which need to get going. It is a work computer, but the email is a personal one. When trying to reset a pin it asked for a verification code to be sent to a phone number I no longer have. So yes, the Outlook account is locked for 30 days (27 and counting). I had updated the email associated with it causing the lockout. I have looked everywhere I can think of and short of getting into the programming parts, I am stumped. I cannot find a recovery key because the Outlook account is locked.

We do have someone coming to look at it on Monday.
