How do I speak to a live support person? I've found how to do it before

May I ask what issue you’re contacting support about?

Are you using a personal Microsoft account (like Outlook/Hotmail), or is this for Microsoft 365 Business?

figure it out i lost acsess to an important email and i cant get it back bc i dont know what the hacker changed the email too

I am so sorry Microsoft has lost its way

i I have been without the use of my outlook with crazy number of snooze emails completely crippled me & I cannot even speak with someone as I have EXHAUSTED online options

keep this up ‘ you will be another IBM, official pioneer but you have become d less than other big techs

do not lose the value of better customer service of you will be

I need to speak with a live MS tech support agent on my landline telephone. The issue is about the security of my MS account. Someone is has requested MS to replace my security information with his. I need MS to cancel this request by a stranger/hacker. GB

For Microsoft 365 for home, these are the supported ways to reach a live support person:

Use the Get Help app or browser to contact support.
In the support experience, type Contact Support or Chat with an agent.
Select Contact support.
Choose the product and category, then follow the prompts to start a live chat or request a call back if that option is offered.

Another path for Microsoft 365 for home is:

Try the Microsoft support contact experience.
Sign in with the Microsoft account tied to the subscription if prompted.
Select the Microsoft 365 or Office product.
Choose the support category.
Select chat with a support agent in the browser when available.

If phone support is preferred, Microsoft also provides a support contact path and, for business admins, global support phone numbers are available through the admin support flow.
