For the last couple of days, every time I scroll with my mouse to view my people list of contacts, Teams freezes up. I have to quit and restart. Happens everytime. Turned off GPU accelerator, cleared cache. Reboots. Locks up everytimes.

    Hi Troublefield, David SE-AM-FS,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for sharing this information.

Based on my test environment, when I navigate to People > Contacts, I am unable to reproduce the same issue.

I can also see that you have already performed numerous troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately the issue has still not been resolved.

In this situation, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft Technical Support so that they can conduct a more in-depth investigation. They have access to the necessary tools and resources to determine whether the issue is related to device configuration, the operating environment, or a recent Teams update.

To contact Microsoft Technical Support, please refer to the following documentation:

Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
