Missing 50% discount for AI-103 after attending Develop Generative AI Apps VTD on July 31 2026

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I successfully attended the Microsoft Virtual Training Day: "Develop Generative AI Apps with Azure AI Foundry" on July 31, 2026, and received the "Thank you for attending" email stating I am eligible for a 50% discount on the AI-103 exam.

However, it has been over 5 business days, and the discount is still not showing up on my exam scheduling page.

To save time, I have already completed the following troubleshooting steps:

Linked my VTD registered email to my personal certification profile (Microsoft Learn).

Tried clearing cache/cookies and using the InPrivate/Incognito browser mode.

Followed the Pearson VUE exam scheduling flow up to the checkout/discount page, but the 50% offer did not appear.

Could you please help me check my backend record and manually activate the discount? I am ready to provide my VTD registration email, MCID, and the confirmation email screenshot via Private Message (PM).

The discount is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. If you didn't have a Learn profile associated with the email address at the time then the voucher couldn't be added
