Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Hello Colleen Randall,
Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are unable to locate or use Facilitator, a Microsoft Teams feature that helps keep meetings organized by managing agendas, tracking discussion progress, and capturing key highlights and action items in real time.
To use Facilitator, you must have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license assigned to your account. To verify your assigned licenses, please sign in to My Account and select [Subscriptions] from the left-side menu or [View subscriptions] from the main page.
If you do not see a Copilot license, please contact your IT administrator, as they are responsible for assigning and managing licenses within your organization. Otherwise, it should appear in the list of available subscriptions.
If you already have the appropriate license, please check whether Facilitator is missing in both the Teams desktop application and Teams web app. It would also be helpful to confirm whether your colleagues can access the feature successfully, as this can help determine whether the issue is user-specific or organization-wide.
If you have administrative access, you can review the relevant settings in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center to verify whether Facilitator has been blocked. Otherwise, please contact your IT administrator and ask them to review the Teams policies and Copilot-related settings for your account.
If you have any updates or additional concerns regarding this issue, please feel free to let me know. I look forward to hearing from you.
