Hi @Prince Aikins BAIDOO
Based on my research, looks like Microsoft's academic verification system is unable to verify your student status through your university email address. To troubleshoot it, you could try to follow these steps:
- Ensure you're using your official university email address when signing up for Azure for Students. Microsoft typically uses your academic email account to verify your eligibility.
- Try signing up using a private/incognito browser window or a different browser, as cached credentials or browser-related issues can sometimes interfere with the verification process.
- If the issue persists, I recommend contacting your university's IT department and asking whether your institution's email domain has been registered and recognized by Microsoft's academic verification system. If they are unsure, they can review Microsoft's academic eligibility guidance here: Verify academic eligibility for Microsoft 365 Education subscriptions
Once the institution's academic status has been verified and approved by Microsoft, its domain may be added to Microsoft's qualified academic institution database, which should help students successfully activate Azure for Students.
I hope this helps.
