Managing presence indicators such as Available, Busy, or Away to reflect user availability
Hi Albert,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on the screenshot you provided, Teams appears to think that your account is currently Offline.
Could you please help me check the following steps?
- Access Teams on the web and verify whether the issue still occurs.
- Try signing out of Teams and then signing back in.
- If you are using network-related tools or services such as a VPN, 1.1.1.1, or similar applications, please temporarily disable them and check whether the issue persists.
- Try clearing the Teams cache.
To clear the cache for New Teams, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Completely exit Microsoft Teams.
Step 2: Press Windows + R, then enter the following path:
%userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
Step 3: Delete all files and folders within that location.
Step 4: Restart Teams and check whether the issue still occurs.
