Artifact Signing validation failed after successful AU10TIX retry

I submitted an Artifact Signing Public Trust organization identity validation for a United States LLC.

During the representative identity-verification process, my first AU10TIX selfie attempt failed. I immediately tried again, and the second attempt completed successfully through Microsoft Authenticator. After returning to Azure Portal, the organization identity validation showed Failed.

Could an Artifact Signing team member review whether Azure recorded the first failed attempt instead of the successful retry, and advise whether the existing validation should be reset or a new request created?

I can provide the subscription ID, signing-account name, Identity Validation ID, timestamps, and screenshots through a private Microsoft channel. I will not post identity documents or private identifiers publicly.
