Organization identity validation fails without offering document upload (France, sole proprietor, EU GA region)

My organization identity validation for Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing) keeps failing without ever giving me a way to submit the requested documents.

• Previous attempt: 3b1701de-b10c-4fd6-a70a-931dea553475
• Failure message: "Please provide additional document(s) dated within the past 12 months to verify your organization. Examples of verification documents are as follows:" — the list of examples is not displayed, and no upload link is provided anywhere. The request goes directly to Failed status, skipping any "Action Required" document submission step.

Context:

• I am a French sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), registered March 2026, SIREN 401568647
• Country: France (EU, a supported GA region for organizations)
• In an earlier attempt, the Authenticator Verified ID / face verification completed successfully, yet the validation still failed
• I have current official registration documents ready (INSEE SIRENE certificate and INPI national registry extract, both freshly issued)
• My Azure support plan is Basic, so I cannot open a technical support ticket

How can I submit these documents so the validation can be completed? Is there a secure upload channel, or can the validation team re-open or reset the request?
