Individual (not organization) identity validation for Artifact Signing.Submitted 2026-07-03. Additional documents requested 2026-07-08 and provided

the same cycle. Zero status change or communication since — approximately

16 business days. This is blocking a commercial product launch (Windows code

signing for a shipping desktop app). Happy to share the Identity Validation ID

via private message.

Update 2026-07-31: Approved. This issue is resolved.
