Turn off ridiculous "activate a monitor by clicking" antifeature
This is very, very frustrating. It would be the act of one developer spending one hour to add a checkbox to Display Settings to turn off this nonsense antifeature that constantly trips me up.
I do not use Windows outside of work, so I'm used to the sane behavior of ... normal operating systems, I guess. Requiring two clicks to use a perfectly visible window, one you just task-switched away from, is so unintuitive as to be almost sabotage.
Fix this. It'll take one dev one hour.

Wow. I see as I try to post this that you've removed my ability to type in a valid tag, forcing me to pick from incorrect tags or use CoPilot's list of incorrect tags.
