Unable to complete Microsoft Academic Verification due to processing error

Hello Microsoft Support,

I am trying to complete my academic verification, but after completing the profile information and security check, the verification page displays the following error:

“We are sorry, we cannot process your request right now. Please try after some time.”

I have tried again after waiting, but the same error continues to appear. This is preventing me from verifying my student status and accessing Microsoft student benefits, including Azure for Students.

Please check the issue with my verification request and guide me on how to complete the process. I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference.
