It looks like ClipChamp does that but is it included in the 365 package? If not can someone recommend a basic package to combine 10 short videos about 30 sec long, max created by an iphone? Thanks for reading this.

I was going to let you know that you shouldn't need any Microsoft 365 package unless you want premium Clipchamp features, like 4K quality and others. Clipchamp's free version with a personal Microsoft account can combine video clips and export the finished video at up to 1080p without a watermark. You just need to upload the videos files to Clipchamp and then drag them into the timeline, in whatever order you prefer. Thank you for that answer. Is there another 4K alternative to the premium version on Chipchamp at a better price? I don't know what the iphone model 15 records (1080 or 4K)? I need to find out.
I use Movie Maker -Video editor Pro.. It is a perpetual license, so you pay once.
However, iPhone doesn't shoot 4k by default, so you might want to double check your video's info on your phone. Click on the i in a circle icon to see the info for the video. If they are not 4K, no point paying for an editor for 4K.

I also forgot to mention, the iphone's own iMovie app supports 4K, granted, your video files should be shot in 4K to make that work.

Thank you but I will only be using the iphone to take videos so the 4K on my desktop is out of the question, I think. Less than 4K is fine. I just want a program like "How to attach videos to each other for Dummies". Thanks for answering.

Cool. It has a free and paid version. If you are on the free one now and later upgrade to the pro paid version you need to download the pro app. It’s a separate app. Not in app upgrade.
I purchased Movie Maker - Video Editor PRO from Microsoft Store. If this is supported in this area, please help me make the voice volume matching the short MOV videos made from my iphone. Thanks
When you click on the clip from the timeline, did you use this volume bar to adjust it?

After you drag the video into the timeline, you need to click on each individual video in the timeline for it to show.
