My authenticator app crashes immediately upon opening on iphone

Everytime I try to open the Authenticator app on my iPhone, it crashes immediately. I made sure the app is up to date, cleared phone storage, restarted phone, deleted and re-installed the app. Nothing is working and I NEED to be able to get into my app.
