I have changed mobile phones and the first time I used MFA was to set up a pharmoutcomes login (NHS). I am not logged in on my personal email and can't get logged in on my new phone. In trying to do so I have accidentally set up an account on my new phone with my personal details but as that did not work I logged out of it on MFA to try another way. This is now becoming very frustrating. Can I remove MFA accounts from my old device, including NHS mail, if so how? And would i be prompted to add MFA with a qr code again when trying to login?
