Didn't Receive coupon for exam which attend event

For event-based exam discounts, a separate voucher code may not be sent. The discount can be applied automatically during checkout when the same email address used to register for the event is used in the Microsoft Learn profile and during exam scheduling.

Steps to check:

1. Start AZ-900 exam scheduling from the certification page and choose Schedule through Pearson VUE.
2. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile.
3. In the Transfer to Pearson Vue step, make sure the contact email matches the email used to register for the event.
4. Continue through exam options and proceed to checkout.
5. Check whether the discount appears during checkout. If the full price still appears before the voucher/promo step, that can be expected in some flows.
6. If a voucher code was provided for the offer, enter it at Add Voucher or Promo Code on the payment and billing screen.

If no discount is applied and no voucher was received, create a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support. If the issue is specifically voucher redemption in Pearson VUE, contact Pearson VUE support.
