I am unable to post comments on ANY article MSN posts

for several months I have been unable to post a comment, of any kind, in the comment section of any article that MSN posts on any site. When I hit submit a new window comes up saying choose an account. My hotmail email comes up or there's an option to 'sign in with a different account'. When I choose my hotmail account that new window then displays the same article I was trying to post a comment in then immediately displays the comments. So I try to post my comment again and the window changes to 'choose an account' again! This repeats over and over again. If I choose 'sign in with a different account' and choose MY hotmail account the screen changes to asking me to log in to my hotmail. When I do the screen then changes to the article, then to the comments, I try to post ... repeat, repeat.
what is the problem? why can I not post?
