Not able to find Microsoft Certification ID in dash board

I have done Microsoft Azure fundamentals in 2019, I have the certification ID, but I am not able to see in in the dashboard.

    MC IDs have not been used since the merger of Certification profiles and Learn profiles in 2024. Your Microsoft Learn username is now your unique ID.
