Not able to view the booked certification exam

If the booked exam is not visible under Learn profile → Credentials → Certifications, first confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used. A booked exam or earned credential can appear under a different login account if multiple Microsoft accounts were used during registration.

Use this path to try to reschedule or cancel the appointment:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials.
4. Select Certifications.
5. Scroll to the exam appointment and choose Reschedule or Cancel.
6. The process then redirects to the exam delivery provider’s site.

If the exam still does not appear:

1. Try signing in with any other Microsoft account that may have been used to register the exam, including a personal account or a work/school account.
2. If the appointment is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for help with missing exams or credentials.
3. If the issue is specifically with the exam appointment or rescheduling, Pearson VUE Support can also assist.

Important policy note: reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time, or the exam fee may be forfeited. If a voucher was used, the voucher may be forfeited.
