Artifact Signing Organization Identity Validation keeps failing for new Texas LLC (multiple attempts)

I have a brand-new Texas LLC (Operculum Audio LLC, formed 07/12/2026, File #806694216, EIN 42-3282233).
I have submitted four Public Organization identity validations for my Artifact Signing account “OperculumAudio” and all of them have failed:

I have tried both Tax ID (EIN) and DUNS number. The system never gave me the option to upload additional documents (Certificate of Formation + EIN letter).
The registered address used is the official registered agent address from the Texas SOS filing: 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731
Can someone from the Artifact Signing / vetting team please review these Identity Validation IDs and tell me what is causing the automatic failures and what I need to change?
