Recommended — one brief covering both numbers. Because the second number serves the same business and the same messaging campaign, you generally don't need a separate application. A TFV brief supports multiple numbers: in the Application Type section, select both toll-free numbers and add a brief justification for the multi-number usage. This is the documented, supported approach and avoids re-entering data or re-uploading documents. Prerequisite: the second number must be provisioned and SMS-enabled on the same ACS resource so it appears in the Associated Phone Numbers dropdown.

Regarding a copy of the submitted brief. ACS doesn't provide an export of a submitted brief, and to protect your business's PII (EIN/BRN, contact information, opt-in screenshots) we don't extract or forward submitted brief contents. You do, however, have full read access in your own tenant: Azure portal → your ACS resource → Regulatory Documents → open the entry for Application ID xyz (or Update Campaign Brief) to review all entered fields across the five sections — Application Type; Company/Contact Details; Program Content (description, opt-in method, opt-in screenshots); Volume; Templates (sample messages). If you file a separate application, you can open both side-by-side and copy the values across.

If a standalone application is required. Go to Regulatory Documents → Add → Toll-Free Verification and re-enter the same details. Please note: opt-in proof must be a publicly accessible image URL; volume is estimated per month; and company name, EIN/BRN, website, and contact details should match the first brief exactly to avoid carrier-side rejection.

Timeline. TFV review takes approximately 5–6 weeks (up to ~8 weeks during high volume). A separate application restarts this timeline, so adding the number to the existing brief is typically faster.
