Microsoft Teams automatically changes your status to Away (yellow) after a period of inactivity or when your device is locked. This is expected behavior in Teams.
Currently, there is no supported setting to keep your status permanently Available (green). While you can manually set your status to Available, Teams may still update it automatically based on your activity and your device state.
