An Azure communication platform for deploying applications across devices and platforms.
Hi @MNH
The customer was using a Pay-As-You-Go subscription with valid billing, but the "Get" option was disabled (greyed out) while setting up Azure Communication Services.
As a troubleshooting step, we asked the customer to create a new Pay-As-You-Go subscription and a new Azure Communication Services resource. In the new subscription, the "Get" option appeared as expected, and they were able to proceed with the email communication setup.
Interestingly, after creating the new subscription, the "Get" option also became available on the Azure Communication Services resource in the original subscription.
Based on this behavior, it appears that there may have been a backend service or subscription provisioning issue affecting the original subscription. Creating the new subscription seems to have triggered or refreshed the required services, which also resolved the issue in the older subscription. However, we cannot confirm this as the exact root cause without further investigation.
