    Hello Jorge,

Yes, it is possible to deploy the HEIF/HEVC codecs in a business environment without requiring each user to sign in with a personal Microsoft account. For managed devices, Microsoft recommends deploying the codec as a Microsoft Store app using enterprise management solutions such as Microsoft Intune or other supported software deployment tools, provided your organization has the appropriate licensing for the codec.

If your devices are blocked from accessing the Microsoft Store or users are prompted to sign in with a personal Microsoft account, this is typically due to your organization’s Store access policy rather than a requirement of the codec itself. For managed environments, the codec should be deployed centrally by the IT administrator rather than installed individually by end users.

Could you let us know how your devices are managed (for example, Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, or Active Directory Group Policy) and whether access to the Microsoft Store is disabled? This will help determine the most appropriate enterprise deployment method.
