I wish to return an app which I mistakenly purchased on line. It was from the Microsoft Store and is of no use to me what so ever. I can't find anyway to contact support to assist me with this issue. Frustrating.

I downloaded and app from the Microsoft Store which I thought was a "trial" for testing. It turns out it is of no value to me and I want to have my purchase price refunded. I've been around in circles trying to get Support assistance to allow me to proceed. I can disable the app if needed or it can be deleted from my device if required. But it is of no use to me. How do I proceed? I just competed the purchase a little over 30 minutes ago.

I finally was able to make contact with an agent on line. Once I was given the opportunity to explain my issue, I was treated very professionally and I was able to have my request for a refund processed. All's well that ends well is alive and well. Thanks for your suggestion Gerard Oomens.
