Retrieving information from previous chat window

Hello,

I had a chat with one of your online operators, Christian Jake, yesterday who was looking into why my account stopped giving me access to my Word and Excel files. He said he would send an email with further instructions to ******@earthlink.net, and I have not received that email. Case number [Removed to protect privacy] for our chat session. I have no way of accessing my Word documents now. How do I get in touch with the chat team again, and where is the email he was supposed to send me?
