Subscription Payment issue of Microsoft 365 Basic

Sir,

We are facing payment issue related to the Microsoft 365 Basic subscription and due to expiring of the subscription, we can'not received and send any mail. When we are subscribing, the system showing undermentioned ERROR. Please resolve our issue and if required you may connect with us at alternative EMAIL ID [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@hotmail.com

    I understand that the expired Microsoft 365 Basic subscription is affecting your email service.

    The screenshot shows the error “ExceededMaxCardsPerAccountLimit.” This indicates that the Microsoft account has reached the permitted limit for saved payment cards.

    First, sign in to Services & subscriptions, locate Microsoft 365 Basic, and select Pay now. If possible, update an existing payment method rather than adding another card.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support 
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below. 
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account. 
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Manage my Subscription" as the category, and click to confirm 
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
