Perform a Clean Device Re-Scan

--> Open Device Manager

--> Look through the list for Bluetooth (or it may be under Other Devices or Universal Serial Bus controllers marked with a yellow exclamation point icon).

--> Right-click the broken Bluetooth adapter device and select Uninstall device

--> Restart your Device

Make sure to install the correct driver software for Bluetooth from the motherboard manufacturer website.

I understand you're seeing Code 19 or sometimes Code 10 after installing the Bluetooth driver, which usually indicates that Windows is unable to properly load the device driver or that the device configuration in the registry has become corrupted.

Before suggesting more advanced steps, could you clarify:

1. Which version of Windows are you using (Windows 8.1, Windows 7, or another version)?
2. Is this a built-in Bluetooth adapter or a USB Bluetooth dongle?
3. Did the Bluetooth device work previously, or is this a new installation?

In the meantime, if you're using Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1, please note that this version of Windows has reached End of Support (EOS).
