How to resolve high latency for the on-premise Document Intelligence Invoice container?

We have setup the on-premise container for Document Intelligence - Invoice along with the pre-requisit Layout container. The underlying infrastructure is per the Azure recommendation. However the latency for on-premise API response is 10 times more than the on-cloud API call for the same service.

  1. We need help to check the setup and confirm whether the setup is as per the requirement
  2. We need access to the latest versions of these service on-premise. The containers have older versions that lead to lower accuracy and support compared to the latest ones.
