Tracking, updating, and organizing tasks within Microsoft Teams or integrated apps
Dear @Leigh, Daniel CWK
As of January 2025, the Gantt chart feature is not directly available in Microsoft Planner. Microsoft Planner (including the Planner Frontier Agent in Copilot) does not support directly creating or exporting a true Gantt chart from a plan. The Planner Agent is primarily designed to help you create, update, and manage tasks using natural language
However, you can access Gantt chart functionality through Microsoft Project, which integrates with Planner. To use this feature, you need a subscription to Project Plan 1or higher. For more information, please refer to Microsoft Planner Business Plans and Pricing
If you're looking for an add-on, there are third-party tools like Planner Gantt that provide Gantt chart capabilities for Microsoft Planner. This tool allows you to plan and modify tasks using a Gantt overview, making it easier to visualize and manage your projects. For more information, please refer to Planner Gantt
I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. If your scenario is different or you are using some other approach, please provide more information so I can share you more tailored information with you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward to your reply.
