I can understand why you feel that way. Windows Vista’s Aero design was definitely memorable, and many users still have good memories of how different and polished it felt at the time.

That said, Windows Vista has already reached the end of its official Microsoft support lifecycle, so support for it cannot be restarted through this community forum. Microsoft’s lifecycle page shows that Windows Vista extended support ended on April 11, 2017.

If you would like Microsoft to know that you’d like to see Vista/Aero-style design or similar visual features return in modern Windows, the best place to share that suggestion is the Feedback Hub. You can open it on a supported Windows device by pressing Windows key + F, or by searching for Feedback Hub from the Start menu. From there, choose Suggest a feature, search for similar feedback first, and upvote it if one already exists. If not, you can submit a new suggestion with your own details.
